Summer Salad with Feta
This refreshing and healthy Summer Salad with Feta makes a quick summer lunch that the whole family will enjoy.
Servings: 2 people
- 3 medium cucumbers
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 8 radishes
- 1 cup feta cheese crumbles
- ½ cup chopped scallion
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Washing and cut the cucumbers, tomatoes and radishes into bite sized pieces.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
