Ingredients

  • 3 medium cucumbers
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 8 radishes
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbles
  • ½ cup chopped scallion
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp white vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Washing and cut the cucumbers, tomatoes and radishes into bite sized pieces.
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
