- 1 lb. fresh okra
- 1 tsp. taco seasoning
- ½ tsp. sea salt or to taste
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
Rinse the okra pods and then dry them with a paper towel. Trim away the stem ends, and then cut each pod into ½ to ¾-inch pieces. Place the okra into a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Add the taco seasoning, salt, and olive oil to the bowl. Mix well until everything is evenly distributed.
Transfer the okra to a large baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper. Use a spatula to evenly spread the pieces across the baking sheet.
Bake at 450°F for about 15 minutes, or until the okra is nicely roasted. Serve warm.
