- 4 cups leftover turkey, cut into bite-sized pieces
- ½ cup finely diced celery
- ½ cup chopped scallions
- ½ cup mayo
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
In a large bowl, whisk together the mayo, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
