This Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl is super easy to make and it tastes better than ice cream! Made with just 3 ingredients, you’ll want to eat it all summer long.
- 2 cups frozen banana slices
- 2 cups Frozen strawberry slices
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt or any other yogurt
- 1 fresh strawberry, sliced
- 1/3 banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup muesli
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor or a blender. Blend on low, scraping down sides as needed, until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency.
Scoop into the serving bowl(s) and top with fresh banana pieces, strawberries, and a handful of muesli. Enjoy immediately.
