  • 12 raw shrimps peeled and deveined
  • 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional)


  • Combine shrimp with all of the ingredients, excluding butter, and thread it on skewers.
  • Heat up a large square griddle on high heat and place the shrimp on top. Fry for about 3 minutes on each side. You may also use an outdoor grill to cook the shrimp.
  • Psst... Here is a secret step that will make your shrimp even better: while the shrimp is frying, melt a tablespoon of butter in a small pan until it starts to brown. Brush some of that browned butter on top just before serving.
