Ingredients

  • 1 cup extra thick rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnanom
  • a pinch salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir thoroughly.
  • Place a layer of parchment paper on a large baking sheet and spread the oats evenly on top.
  • Bake the oats for about 8 minutes, stirring once, until they turn golden brown.
  • Let it cool before eating.
