For the raspberry sauce

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tbsp orange juice (or 1 tsp of lemon juice instead)
  • 1 tsp honey

For the parfait

  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 4 fresh raspberries


  • Break the raspberries slightly with a fork and place them in a small saucepan on medium-low heat. Add honey and orange juice, and then stir and cook for 5 minutes. Once cooked, let it cool for 5-10 minutes.
  • When ready to serve, mix the yogurt and honey and divide the mixture between the bowls. Add raspberry sauce and granola on top. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
