Soft white bread dipped into eggnog mixture and fried until golden brown.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup eggnog
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 8 slices white bread
  • to garnish confectioners sugar

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, eggnog, cinnamon and nutmeg together.
  • Heat up a non-stick griddle over medium heat and spray it with some vegetable oil.
  • Dip the bread in the egg mixture. Fry slices until golden brown for about 2 minutes, then flip to cook the other side.
  • Serve with maple syrup, fruits, jam and/or butter.
