These Perfect Scrambled Eggs make the best breakfast. So flavorful and fluffy, they come out right every time. This recipe calls for just 2 main ingredients and takes 10 minutes from start to finish!

- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup good quality feta cheese
- 1/2 tbsp butter
- pinch of pepper
In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs with feta cheese and a pinch of pepper.
Heat up a non-stick skillet on a medium-high heat and melt the butter. Pour in the eggs cook, stirring continuously until well done.
You may garnish it with some fresh tomato, avocado, roasted pepper or with a little extra feta and fresh thyme leaves. Enjoy!
