Whole Roasted Cauliflower

Simple, yet VERY tasty! Try it!


– 1 head cauliflower – 4 tbsp. plant butter – 1 tsp. garlic powder – 1 tsp. paprika – 1 tsp. oregano – ½ tsp. cumin – ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes – ¼ tsp. turmeric – ½ tsp. salt or to taste

Add salt to the water and add the cauliflower. Cook for 5-7 minutes

Add spices

Cover the cauliflower with the spice mixture

Bake at 400°F for about 30 minutes. Serve hot.
