Steamed Cauliflower

Simple, yet VERY tasty! Try it!

– 1 small cauliflower head, cut into florets – 2 tbsp. melted butter – 1 tbsp. chopped parsley – ½ tbsp. salt (goes into steaming water) – ¼ tsp. pepper

Pour about an inch of water into a large saucepan and add salt. Bring to a boil.

Set up a collapsible steamer inside. Now, lay the cauliflower florets in the steamer, cover, and steam until tender, about 7-10 minutes.

With the help of tongs, remove the steamed cauliflower and place it into a mixing bowl. Add the melted butter, parsley, more salt (if needed), and pepper. Gently mix everything together. Serve.
