Refreshing Chickpea Salad

Simple, yet VERY tasty! Try it!

Ingredients

– 1 can (14.5 oz) chickpeas, drained – 3 medium Persian cucumbers, peeled and diced – ½ medium red onion, diced – 5 oz. cherry tomatoes, quartered – 1 small bell pepper, diced – ⅓ cup parsley, chopped – ¼ cup cilantro, chopped – 2 tbsp. lemon juice – 2 tbsp. olive oil – ½ tsp. cumin powder – ½ tsp. paprika – ¼ tsp. salt or to taste – ¼ tsp. pepper or to taste

Place all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl.

Mix well
