Healthy Tuna Salad

Simple, yet VERY tasty! Try it!


1 can (14.5 oz.) red kidney beans, rinsed 2 cans (5 oz. each can) tuna, liquid drained 2 medium cucumbers, peeled and cubed 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut into pieces 1 medium bell pepper, diced ¼ medium red onion, diced ¼ cup parsley, chopped 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. olive oil 1 tsp. sea salt ¼ tsp. pepper

Add chopped parsley, beans, tuna, cucumber, tomato, red pepper, onion, parsley.

Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, oil.

Mix well
