– 4 medium cucumbers
Dressing ingredients:
– ½ cup sour cream or greek yogurt
– 1 ½ tbsp. chopped fresh dill
– 1 garlic clove minced
– 1 tbsp. vinegar
– ½ tsp. sugar
– ½ tsp. salt
– ½ tsp. pepper
I suggest eating it within a couple of hours. It can stay up to 24 hours in the fridge, although the cucumbers will soften and release water. Just drain the water, stir, and enjoy.
