Ingredients

– 3 small cucumbers – 7-8 radishes – 1 bunch scallions – 1 cup cottage cheese – salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Peel, half, seed, and slice the cucumbers.

Step 2

Wash and thinly slice the radishes.

Step 3

Chop the scallions.

Step 4

Place all the ingredients into a medium salad bowl and sprinkle with some salt and pepper.

Step 5

Stir everything together and the salad is ready!
