A simple recipe you'll enjoy!
Place the cauliflower into the food processor and process until finely minced. (You'll need about 5 cups).
Add 2 eggs, ½ cup all purpose flour, ½ tsp. baking powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Using an ice-cream scoop or a 1/4 cup as a measure, form small, ⅓ inch-thick patties.
Fry the patties on medium heat, in a small amount of oil for about 2 minutes per side.
