– 2 tbsp soy sauce – 2 tbsp rice vinegar – 1 tbsp sugar – 1 tbsp oil grapeseed, avocado, canola, etc. – 2 tsp. minced ginger – 2 garlic cloves, minced – ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes – 1 lb. broccoli florets – 10 oz. sliced mushrooms – ¼ cup water – ½ tbsp toasted sesame seeds, to garnish
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar until the sugar completely dissolves.
