You will be surprised by how EASY it is to make this scrumptious Sausage and Mushroom Gnocchi. Not only it takes 20 minutes to make, but also it is a one-pot meal, so you won't have any cleanup to do. And the taste... Oh, it is just DIVINE.
Flavor-packed Italian sausage, earthy mushrooms, garlic, Parmesan and cream will make a perfect sauce for the gnocchi. You'll actually need to cook them in this tasty sauce (no boiling required!), so they will soak up all of the flavors. Are you intrigued?
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a large skillet, add oil and heat over medium heat until hot. Add olive oil and sausage and cook, breaking the sausage to pieces for about 5 minutes.
2. Add mushrooms to the sausage and keep cooking, stirring, for another 5 minutes. Then add garlic, stir.
3. Add Half & Half, Parmesan cheese and uncooked gnocchi. Mix everything well and cover with tight lid. Reduce the heat to medium-low.
4. After 5 minutes, remove the lid, and let it cook for another few minutes, or until the gnocchi has cooked through and the sauce has thickened to your liking.
5. Garnish with Parmesan and freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately.

Ingredients
- 16 oz. uncooked potato gnocchi 1 package
- 10 oz. sweet or spicy Italian sausage bulk, no casings
- 10 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 ½ cups Half & Half
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese plus more to garnish
- chopped parsley to garnish
Instructions
