I think I mentioned in my earlier posts how much I love breakfast. It is my favorite meal of the day for 2 reasons:
a) I usually wake up very hungry;
b) It is the quietest part of my day, so I can take some time to read the news or a book and to plan the upcoming day.
Yes, I always plan my days. About half a year ago, I started to write down all the tasks that need to be accomplished in my daily “to do” list, and I’ve got to tell you that it DOES make a huge difference. I plan every single day of the week, except Mondays… I call Mondays my “dream days.” This is the day I take a break, go to the beach, watch a movie, meet up with my friends and play some poker. I also plan my upcoming road trip on Mondays. Oh yes, I have a 30 day road trip coming soon, and I am so excited about that! I will make sure to share all the details in the future.
