Quick, healthy and dairy-free, this Orange Mango smoothie will become your favorite in no time!

I must admit this is my favorite smoothie in the whole world! I love everything about it: super-smooth texture, sweet taste, and bright orange color. It makes a perfect breakfast or post-workout treat. I am sure you are going to love it, and your loved ones too.
This smoothie is also versatile. If you want to add little extra nutrients, kale leaves work really well, or if you are looking for an extra energy boost, add 1 tbsp of coconut oil. Of course, you can top it off with chia seeds. The combination of mango and banana truly makes the most smooth smoothie (yes, I said it!). Even my husband, who didn't like smoothies in past, converted into smoothie lovers after trying this recipe. It was a while ago, and now we drink smoothies almost every single day.
When making this smoothie I always use freshly squeezed orange juice. It is just so easy to squeeze a couple of oranges and prepare a fresh nutrient and flavor packed goodness.
Let's review the ingredient list:
- 1 small banana
- ½ large mango
- ½ cup orange juice
- ice
To make the smoothie you'll need to blend all the ingredients together. You can add a little water to achieve thinner consistency.
I am always eager to hear your feedback and see your photos. If you make this smoothie, snap a quick photo and share it on Instagram with #cooktoria. Feel free to experiment with different add-ons such as leafy greens, healthy seeds, and powders (cocoa maybe?). Now I am thinking, I am going to try it with Matcha Powder next time...

Th recipe its self is delicious but the calorie count is totally wrong!!! There is more than 55 calories in just 1/2 of a banana. There are more like 240 calories not 55

Thanks for catching that, Kris! There was a mistake in my calorie calculator. All fixed now. Glad you enjoyed the smoothie!
