HOW TO SELECT CABBAGE
For this recipe, you’ll need the regular green cabbage that is sold in almost every grocery store or supermarket. Select a medium-sized head that feels heavy for its size. The leaves should look crisp and fresh, without cracks or blemishes.

HOW TO MAKE FRIED CABBAGE

3. Add the water and chopped cabbage to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally for about 20-25 minutes, or until the water evaporates.*
