This really is The Best Strawberry Dressing and it’s seriously addicting. It is simple to make and tastes great on many salads!
I’ve never met a person who wouldn’t enjoy this fresh, colorful and tasty Strawberry Salad Dressing. It requires a few simple ingredients and about 5 minutes of your time, so make sure you don’t skip this recipe.
This dressing pairs so well with spinach that it is impossible to stop eating, so make sure you prepare some extra. If you have some dressing leftover, just store it in the refrigerator for up to 4 days —although it’s so good that I doubt it will last that long. I usually add a few whole strawberries and some nuts (like roasted walnuts or pine nuts) to a bed of baby spinach leaves and then pour a generous amount of this dressing on top. I bet that grilled chicken would go really well with all this goodness too!!!
I love all the fruit/berries based salad dressings during the summer. I also make an AWESOME raspberry salad recipe (it is coming soon on Cooktoria, so stay posted).
You can prepare this dressing in the hand-chopper, food processor or, like me, in a Ninja Smoothie Cup. 🙂 I got this Ninja blender as a present from my husband a while ago and I use it every single day! I found it’s really easy to prepare the dressings in the smoothie cup, and I store it in the same cup too to avoid the extra cleaning.
Hope you guys enjoy The Best Strawberry Dressing and use this recipe on a regular basis!
