Ingredients
  • 3 medium cucumbers
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 8 radishes
  • 1cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 1/2cup chopped scallion
  • 2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2tsp white vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Washing and cut the cucumbers, tomatoes and radishes into bite sized pieces.
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
