Shrimp is such a nice food to cook. I have tried grilling it with so many kinds of marinade, and cooking it on the stove with a variety of sauces and it always turns out great. And it cooks so fast! Today I will introduce you to the simplest shrimp recipe I know and use, so you can enjoy it within 10 minutes.
I had a wonderful day today. The weather was awesome, so I finally got a chance to go get me some Vitamin D, if you know what I mean… Came back home from the beach and had this shrimp dish for lunch with a glass of cold beer. I don’t really drink alcohol, but do enjoy occasional beer, wine or champagne — especially with seafood.
After that I listened to a great audio book that I recommend to you guys: “The Compound Effect,” by Darren Hardy. I read the book some time ago, and decided to listen to it this time around. It has a ton of great self-improvement tips, great stories and examples. So if you’re ever driving, taking a bike ride, or going for a walk, just open this book on YouTube and listen to what Darren Hardy has to say.
As the evening approached, we got a rainstorm. I feel very warm and comfy enjoying a cup of green tea as I write this post. Oh, the summer…
