1tbsporange juice (or 1 tsp of lemon juice instead)
For the parfait
1cupplain low-fat yogurt
Break the raspberries slightly with a fork and place them in a small saucepan on medium-low heat. Add honey and orange juice, and then stir and cook for 5 minutes. Once cooked, let it cool for 5-10 minutes.
When ready to serve, mix the yogurt and honey and divide the mixture between the bowls. Add raspberry sauce and granola on top. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
