  • 6 plum tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/4tsp pepper
  • 1/8tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2tbsp olive oil
  1. Cut the tomatoes and onion in half and slice them as thinly as possible.
  2. Place the vegetables into a medium mixing bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir.
