Ingredients
  • 6cups cubed Panettone
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 1/2cups milk
  • 1tbsp sugar
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8tsp salt
  • softened butter
  • sugar + cinnamon to sprinkle
Instructions
  1. Whisk the eggs, milk, sugar, salt and vanilla extract in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Grease the baking dish with butter.
  3. Place Panettone cubes into a baking dish and pour the egg mixture on top, trying to soak all the pieces.
  4. Sprinkle a little cinnamon and sugar on top.
  5. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for about 40-45 minutes. Let it rest at least 5 minutes before serving. (Note: you may also refrigerate it overnight and bake it the next morning).
  6. Serve with maple syrup, jam, condensed milk or your favorite fruits.
