12ozmarinara sauce ( I use RAGU Old Fashioned Marinara)
1/3cupgood quality feta cheese crumbles
chopped parsley to garnish
In a medium pot, bring water to boil. Add the gnocchi and cook according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse well with cold water and set aside.
Form a small, bite-sized meatballs from the sweet Italian sausage. Place them in a large, non-stick skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat, shaking the skillet occasionally to turn the meatballs.
Cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat, shaking the skillet occasionally to turn the meatballs.
Add marinara sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle feta cheese on top and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
