Italian Rice Salad

Ingredients
  • 4cups cooked long-grain rice
  • 3cups diced fresh tomatoes
  • 2cups chopped black olives
  • 2cups diced Swiss cheese (or your favorite kind)
  • 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1can (6.5 oz) tuna
  • 4tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2tbsp. chopped dill
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Place all of the the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. (Note: use the oil from the tuna can as well).
  2. Garnish your salad with more dill if desired.
