Sometimes it takes a little extra time and effort to create a scrumptious dinner. This is one of those recipes. It takes some frying, stewing and blending, but at the end you won’t be disappointed with the result.
What is your favorite dish? Mine happens to be Indian. It’s called Chicken Biryani and it’s out of this world good. And it’s Stan’s favorite too! I cook it almost every Monday because it’s so awesome.
I discovered Indian cuisine about 4 years ago and was very impressed with their dishes. Their cuisine is a bit too spicy for my taste, but that’s the only downside. When I cook Indian dishes I usually reduce the amount of chili powder, and that takes care of my problem. All I know about amazing Indian cuisine I learned from VahRehVah Chef. He has a lot of YouTube videos as well. I love his personality and his accent very much. This butter chicken recipe I am cooking today was adjusted from the recipe I found on his website. He is an excellent chef, very funny and looks like a great person.
You may notice an intimidating amount of spices in this recipe. They can all be easily found in any Indian convenience/grocery store. These are very popular spices and you will be able to use them in many of your future Indian dishes. They can stay in an airtight container for a very long time without loosing aroma and flavor.
