Not only is this dressing super delicious, but it is also very healthy and packed with nutrients. Crunchy lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, and avocados topped with this refreshing dressing is the way to go.

Ingredients
  • 6 small carrots (about 11 oz)peeled and chopped
  • 1/4cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4cup water
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh ginger
  • 2tbsp miso pastedashi style
  • 2tbsp honey
  • 2tbsp vegetable or olive oil
  • 2tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/2tsp pepper
Instructions
  1. Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed food processor until smooth. That’s it!
