Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4cup eggnog
  • 1/4tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4tsp nutmeg
  • 8slices white bread
  • to garnish confectioners sugar
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, eggnog, cinnamon and nutmeg together.
  2. Heat up a non-stick griddle over medium heat and spray it with some vegetable oil.
  3. Dip the bread in the egg mixture. Fry slices until golden brown for about 2 minutes, then flip to cook the other side.
  4. Serve with maple syrup, fruits, jam and/or butter.
