Ingredients
  • 1 cup chopped fresh coriander
  • 1/2cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 3tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2tsp ground coriander
  • 2tsp paprika
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • a pinch cayenne pepper
  • 4tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. Place the cumin, coriander and paprika in a frying pan and cook over medium heat for 30-60 seconds or until fragrant.
  2. Combine these spices with the rest of the ingredients and pulse in a food processor until smooth.
